Are eggless cake options available at CAKIESS?
Yes. Over 90% of our cake collection is available in 100% vegetarian / eggless versions, prepared with pure dairy butter and condensed milk sponge without compromise on crumb texture.
How much advance notice is required to order a cake?
Standard classic and bento cakes require a minimum preparation notice of 4 hours to ensure fresh baking. Bespoke sculpted cakes and tiered milestone creations require at least 24 to 48 hours advance booking.
How does CAKIESS protect fresh cream cakes in hot Trichy weather?
Every cake is transported inside an insulated thermal container with food-grade gel ice packs, carried in shaded vehicle compartments by dedicated studio delivery riders.
What is the 4-digit doorstep delivery OTP?
To ensure your cake is handed directly to the intended celebrant, an automated 4-digit verification code is generated for your order. Our rider requires this code before completing the handover.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major online payment instruments powered by Razorpay (UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Net Banking) and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders up to ₹1,000.
How should I store my cake upon arrival?
Store immediately in a refrigerator maintained at 4°C to 6°C. For optimal flavor and melt-in-mouth mouthfeel, bring to ambient room temperature approximately 15 minutes before slicing. Consume within 48 hours.
What if my cake arrives damaged during courier transit?
Please inspect your cake upon arrival. In the rare event of transit damage, take 2 clear photographs and WhatsApp our care desk within 2 hours of delivery. We will arrange an expedited fresh replacement or full refund.
